• Nominee accounts: between July 12-13, with payment visible on July 14.
• Client-name accounts: between July 18-20 at most fund companies, and as late as August 8 for others (i.e., like Dynamic Funds).

Effective June 27, 2025, the risk rating of each the following funds was changed by RBC Global Asset Management Inc. (“RBF”):

As announced in our email sent on Monday, June 30, we would like to remind you that you can now begin taking advantage of our new Automatic Rebalancing Program for model portfolios.

This initiative brings significant advantages to both you and your clients by ensuring portfolios are automatically adjusted to stay aligned with target weightings and the client’s risk tolerance, investment objectives, and time horizon. Note that our Rebalancing Program also ties in perfectly with the recent launch of Elite Pools and Portfolios.

As a follow-up to our recent communication regarding the transition of our MS O365 platform administration to Solulan, this is a friendly reminder to complete the advisor survey before July 11, 2025.  If you have already completed it, thank you! No further action is required at this time.

We would like to inform you that this year’s client administrative fees will be processed and taken from clients’ accounts as follows:

• For nominee accounts: fees will be taken from clients’ accounts over the weekend of July 12 – 13, which means payment will be visible on Monday, July 14.
  
  
• For client-name accounts: files will be sent to our fund company partners on Friday, July 18.  Most will process the files as they are received within a day or two, with the exception of Dynamic Funds. If fees are to be redeemed from a Dynamic fund, it will be processed on or about August 8, 2025.
  

After nearly two decades of unwavering dedication, Odile Zénidé — our esteemed Head of Registration — will be retiring from her role as Senior Manager, Compliance, effective September 1, 2025.
