It’s here! Our new cyberincident reporting button is now available on the Advisor Centre:


As mentioned in last week’s communication, as part of our efforts to strengthen our infrastructure and promote cybersecurity awareness, we are introducing a new process designed to enhance our cyberincident management and reporting.  

This new process includes two key improvements: 

• Direct Reporting: A new cybersecurity incident declaration button (shown above) has been added to the Investia Advisor Centre home page to allow you to directly report cyber incidents.
   
• Immediate Notification: With this process, we will receive notifications directly, ensuring no delays in informing our IT Security Operations department.
