Recently, we have advanced our security protocols on our technological platforms by introducing multi-factor authentication (MFA) for our Representatives and employees. This feature enhances security by adding an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access. We have also organized informative campaigns to raise awareness about the significance of cybersecurity. Regular mandatory training sessions and informational materials have also been shared to ensure everyone stays informed and alert. 

We will be conducting system maintenance during the weekend of June 6, 2025. As a result, Univeris, Advisor Centre, Client Portal and the Investia mobile application will be unavailable from Friday, June 6, 2025, 8:00 p.m., to Sunday, June 8, 2025, 5:00 p.m. (ET).

In preparation for fee billing on June 30, the Client Fee Dashboard has now been reactivated. You can use it to identify clients for whom you wish to pay fees this year until June 30, 2025. After this date, this option will no longer be available.

Great news! Our automated KYC update tool is now available on the Investia mobile app. When you enrol a client in the automated KYC update process, they can now submit updates via the mobile app as well.
