In preparation for fee billing on June 30, we would like to remind you that the Client Fee Dashboard has now been reactivated effective today, May 22.

Below you will find key information about this year’s client fee process, along with new resources and enhancements that are now available to you. Please note that this year, the annual client fee remains at $50 plus applicable taxes.

As part of the global client management process, an improvement has been made to the Investia New Account Application Form (Nominee TFSA) (F51-210A).

Due to scheduled maintenance of iA Financial Group’s technology infrastructure the following will be unavailable from Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 5 a.m. ET, until Monday, May 19, 2025, at 6 a.m. ET:

• Univeris
• Investia Advisor Centre, including its applications and tools
• Investia Client Portal
• Investia mobile application
  

Please note that Monday, May 19, 2025, is a statutory holiday in several provinces of Canada, which means that markets and Fundserv will be closed and that no trading or settlement will take place on that day. 

Our offices will also be closed, and we will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, May 20.

Last November, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) went on strike against Canada Post, resulting in a disruption of postal services. As you may recall, the national strike was paused at the end of 2024 for an inquiry commission to take place. Now, as you may have heard, a labour disruption could happen again as early as May 22, 2025 (ref. Canada Post Notice – Negotiations updates).
