We would like to inform you that the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is currently experiencing processing delays with its new system.
Please rest assured that Investia has sent all client tax slips to the CRA within the required deadlines and that we have received confirmation of receipt.
However, the CRA has notified us that, due to these delays, all submitted files are still being processed and may not be finalized until the end of March. This explains why your clients are currently unable to view this information in the “My Account” section on the CRA website.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will keep you informed of any changes.
