Important Reminder – Morningstar’s Advisor Workstation – Renewal and Subscription for 2025

Once again this year, Investia, in collaboration with iA Financial Group, is providing you with the opportunity to take advantage of competitive group pricing if you subscribe to Morningstar’s Advisor Workstation investment platform.

If you wish to subscribe or renew your subscription to Morningstar’s Advisor Workstation for 2025, please be reminded that you must do so by December 4, 2024. Please note that if you have already subscribed for 2024, your subscription will not be renewed automatically; you must complete and submit a new form for 2025.

Options and rates for 2025
Below you will find a summary of the options and rates for 2025 (January 1, to December 31, 2025). Please review the information below and accompanying documents carefully as the options, features and package names have been updated since last year.

Steps to subscribe for 2025 – Renewals and new subscriptions

  1. Read the information documents above and select your option.

  2. Complete the subscription form (fillable on screen), which can also be found on the Investia Advisor Centre under Registration & Licensing/ Registration.

  3. Sign the form manually or electronically.

  4. Send the form by email to morningstar@investia.ca or by fax to 418-684-5549 (1-877-684-5549) no later than December 4, 2024.

Important considerations

  • All renewal requests for 2025 must be submitted by December 4, 2024. After this date, it will not be possible to renew your subscription for the year. Only forms received by December 4 will be processed.

  • Only one payment option is accepted, i.e., a single payment from your commissions. The deduction will be made in the weeks following receipt of the invoicing from Morningstar by Investia. The commission deduction date will be communicated to you at a later date. 

  • The subscription must be in the name of an individual (not an entity/a company).

  • Only one Representative can subscribe per subscription.

  • There will be no refund prorated for the remaining months should you wish to cancel your subscription during the year.

  • Please clearly indicate your Dealer/Rep code on the subscription form.

  • It will not be possible to change options (Assess, Plan, Engage) after the subscription.

  • This service is offered to Investia Mutual Fund Representatives only.
