We would like to remind you that, effective August 28, 2024, clients’ AWDs are no longer adjusted by Head Office in the event of insufficient funds.
As a result, if no action is taken by the Representative, client payments will be delayed or lower than expected. In such situations, it is your responsibility to process a manual redemption and fax/upload a change request to Head Office (“Processing” option) before the next payment date.
We remind you that Representatives are responsible for ensuring that the unit balance in a particular fund is always sufficient to allow the scheduled systematic payment to be made.
Important reminders
- All new AWD requests and updates to existing AWDs must be submitted to “Processing” ten business days before the payment date.
- The Dashboard on the Advisor Center allows you to monitor your AWDs to ensure all funds have a sufficient unit balance before redemptions are launched. Additionally, the Dashboard shows the number of days remaining to submit any required changes to ensure the next payment is processed for the correct amount.
