In order to enhance our services by reducing waiting times and informational inquiries, we would like to remind you that we will soon introduce a new option in our phone menu.
Starting tomorrow, Friday, October 25, 2024, option 3 will be added to our telephone menu for questions related to follow-up requests and the use of our procedures and tools. Here’s the message you’ll hear when you call 1-888-684-5548:If you are calling about an administrative procedure, how to use one of our tools or to follow up on a processing request, please press 3.
When you select the new option 3, a Client Services agent dedicated to informational inquiries will assist you and provide you with tips and tricks for similar requests you might have in the future, where needed.
Please note that if you select the wrong option in the phone menu, such as dialling the Client Services option 5 for a question related to this new service, your call will be transferred to our dedicated team.
What are informational inquiries?
Informational inquiries are calls and emails received by members of our Client Services team regarding follow-up requests or questions that can easily be answered using our documents or tools (e.g., administrative procedures, guides, The 360 Newsletter, etc.). These calls and emails account for 35% of all Client Services requests. Our goal is to reduce this percentage to minimize waiting times for advisors calling about more urgent matters, such as time-sensitive transactions or client payments.
