System Update – Entry and Update of Client Banking Information

We would like to inform you that a system update is scheduled to take place this weekend, which will impact the entry and update of client banking information.

As a result, please be advised that it will not be possible for clients to add banking information on the Investia Client Portal or mobile app during the maintenance period, or for Representatives to add and/or put an end date to client banking information on the Advisor Centre during that period. The planned maintenance period will be between Friday, July 12, 4 p.m. ET and Monday, July 15, 5 a.m. ET.
