Please be advised that the Client Fee Dashboard is currently unavailable as we continue to reconcile client payments. Once all payments have been reconciled, the dashboard will be reactivated with updated payment statuses.
Additionally, we would like to remind you that for those clients whose fees could not be deducted from their investments, fees will be withdrawn from their bank accounts during the week of August 25, provided we have received their consent and have banking information on file.
For advisors who paid the fees on behalf of their clients, the fees will be taken over three pay periods as follows:
- September 11, reflected in the September 18 pay
- October 9, reflected in the October 16 pay
- November 13, reflected in the November 20 pay
