Automated KYC Update Tool – Now on the Mobile App!

Great news! Our automated KYC update tool is now available on the Investia mobile app. When you enrol a client in the automated KYC update process, they can now submit updates via the mobile app as well.

As previously communicated, the automated KYC update tool is accessible on the Advisor Centre under the “Client Search” section on the homepage (“View all clients”):

Reminder of benefits

  • The automated KYC tool enables clients to review their KYC profile easily, quickly and securely via the Client Portal or mobile app, and notify you of any necessary updates, if any.

  • If no material changes are required, you can approve the KYC information quickly and seamlessly.

  • If a material change is necessary, the tool allows for faster updates compared to the standard process, eliminating the need to redo the entire data collection process. Please note that if the capacity, tolerance and risk profile sections haven’t been updated since January 2022, this will automatically trigger a material change.

Important considerations

  • The automated KYC tool does not replace discussions with clients, which must continue to be documented in detail in Univeris according to the usual process.

  • This tool is not mandatory.


Encourage your clients to download the Investia app
If your clients haven’t discovered it, our free app is designed to help them effortlessly keep track of their investments. To get started, they’ll need to create an account in the app or on the Client Portal.
