As shared at last week’s Water Cooler session, we are pleased to announce a strategic change in our Office 365 platform administration. Effective June 1, 2025, we will transition platform support from Calligo to Solulan, a move designed to strengthen the level of service and support provided to your business. Solulan is a nationally recognized IT consulting firm, specializing in integration and the management of technology and cybersecurity systems since 1999. We are excited about the opportunities this change brings.
What this means for you:
- You will have access to a dedicated, bilingual national service team at Solulan
- You will benefit from customized service offerings tailored to your needs
As mentioned previously, this transition will be phased in gradually over the next year. We are actively working with Solulan to coordinate the onboarding process, and you can expect to receive further details soon regarding the migration plan and a full overview of Solulan’s capabilities.
A new cost structure will accompany this change. While we touched on high-level pricing during the most recent Water Cooler, a more detailed breakdown of service options and associated charges will be shared at the Best Business Practices Roadshow on June 2, 2025.
