Below you will find key information about this year’s client fee process, along with new resources and enhancements that are now available to you. Please note that this year, the annual client fee remains at $50 plus applicable taxes.
Client fee dashboard
The client fee dashboard will be launched, along with the selection period, next Thursday, May 22. Keep in mind that the selection period, during which you may choose to pay the fees on behalf of your clients, ends on June 30. After this date, no further requests will be accepted. The dashboard will display the total amount of outstanding fees, giving you the opportunity to have unpaid fees from previous years deducted from your commissions.
New features!
- Among these, the new “Pay All” option will be particularly appreciated by advisors who want fees for all their clients to be deducted from their commissions.
- What’s more, you will notice a new red indicator on the “Client Fee” tab of your Advisor Centre homepage, reminding you to complete the selection process. Once completed, you can easily deactivate the indicator.

New advisor guide
A new concise reference document is now available, offering key insights about client fees. You can find it on the Advisor Centre under Guides & Training / Client Fee.
Note that this document replaces the Client Fee FAQ, which has been removed from the Advisor Centre.
Premium Partner Program & advisor survey
We are pleased to confirm the continuation of our Premium Partner Program this year, which allows advisors, their spouses and assistants to be eligible for a client fee waiver. Last year, a survey was sent out to collect this information and our client fee dashboard has been updated accordingly, with a new eligibility status of “Fee Waiver”. Please review the dashboard to ensure this information is accurate. If you have clients that are missing or need to be removed from this program, or if you did not fill out the survey last year, please complete it via the link below no later than June 20, 2025.
