As part of the global client management process, an improvement has been made to the Investia New Account Application Form (Nominee TFSA) (F51-210A).

More specifically, you will now find a reference to global management on this NCAF, in section 4 “Know Your Client”, so that you can better identify the addition of such a plan under global management:
 

In this way, the fact that the TFSA is part of global management will be listed on the 2 nominee NCAFs, i.e., the regular (F51-212A) and the TFSA (F51-210A). The identification of globally managed plans, when a TFSA is included, will therefore be clearer and more concise.

Please also note that Administrative Procedure # 65 – Global Management has been updated to reflect this change.

The updated form will be available in Univeris by Friday, May 16, under “Generate Forms” in the “Task Menu” section, as well as in AccountXPRESS upon creating a TFSA.
