We would like to inform you of two important changes regarding model portfolios in Univeris. These changes will come into effect on May 1, 2025.

Unused portfolios in Univeris
As part of our routine system maintenance process, Investia will be deleting all model portfolios in Univeris that have been unused for one year or more. More specifically, all model portfolios created before January 1, 2024, that are not attached to any active plan and have not been the subject of any transactions will be deleted.

Nominee group RRSP model portfolios
In addition, nominee group RRSP model portfolios created at the Head Office level will be transferred to the Representative level in Univeris. This means that only the active Representative on file will be able to see and access these model portfolios. Model portfolios created at Head Office for specific requests that are used by a single Representative will also be transferred to the Representative level in Univeris. Those used by more than one Representative will remain accessible to all.
