A mandatory Univeris upgrade is required on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, between 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. ET. During this time, Univeris will be unavailable.

This upgrade is required in order to handle the increased complexities of the 2024 year-end processes and to implement mandatory regulatory changes effective January 1, 2025. We recommend planning for this outage to avoid any disruptions.

A banner notifying you of the system unavailability will be added to the Advisor Centre.
