Here is a summary of the key changes made:
- Sections are now highlighted in blue, for aesthetic reasons, but also to better distinguish them.
- A note has been added to the effect that dealer code 3025 for segregated fund transfers must be used.
- In Section D, transfer instructions have been simplified.
- Finally, a “mandatory” note has been added to Section F, for the benefit of the relinquishing institution, following certain omissions which led to transfer delays.
