Reminder – Client Administrative Fees Processing Dates

As a follow-up to the September 12, 2024 communication, we would like to remind you that we will be sending over the bank files to the various financial institutions today, Thursday, September 19, 2024 to enable the withdrawal of Investia’s Client Administrative Fees from clients’ bank accounts for eligible clients:

  • who have provided consent up to and including June 30, 2024;
  • who have valid banking information on file;
  • whose fee was not redeemed via investments;
  • where the Representative has indicated that they are not paying the fee on behalf of the client.

If you have elected to pay the fee on behalf of one or more of your clients, the commission deductions were processed on September 12, 2024, and will reflect in the September 19, 2024 payment.

For amounts greater than $1,000, commission deductions occurred/will occur in equal instalments on the following dates:

  • September 12, 2024, and reflect in the September 19, 2024 payment;
  • October 10, 2024, and reflect in the October 17, 2024 payment (2nd installment);
  • November 14, 2024, and reflect in the November 21, 2024 payment (3rd installment).
