Document Delivery Selection by Document Type on Investia Mobile App

Good news! Starting the week of June 3, 2024, clients will be able to select their document delivery mode on the Investia mobile app as well based on the following document types:

  • Statements
  • Tax documents
  • Transaction documents


How this will work
For new clients, the landing page will be updated to the following screen where clients can select their delivery preference by document type for each of their client IDs. On the same screen, clients will be asked to confirm their mailing address and email address for document delivery. They will also be able to update these addresses on the same screen if a change is required.

Modifying document delivery preferences
New and existing clients will be able to manage their document delivery preference under the “Settings” section, where they can click on the “Electronic Delivery of Documents” button.

Viewing clients’ delivery preferences on the Advisor Centre
You can see which of your clients have made what selection through the “Client search” screen on the Advisor Centre by downloading a client list in Excel format.

For existing clients, the 3 document type preferences will show the same selection (all paper or all e-delivery) based on their previous selection. They will be able to modify their selection by document type from their Client Portal and mobile app account as explained above.

We are also working on enabling the Mirror View functionality from the Advisor Centre so that you can view your clients’ delivery preferences.
