Category: Top news

I am pleased to share with you the results of a reflection process which began some time ago, following Investia’s sustained growth over the past few years. In order to continue to support our sales force, we would like to inform you of certain changes that have been made to our structure, to provide our organization with greater agility and better strategic alignment.

Quebec and Atlantic

  • Marie-Christine Pagé, who started with Investia in 2005 and was recently promoted to Regional Vice-President, Quebec and Atlantic, will support all Quebec and Atlantic-based Representatives and branches in the areas of business continuity, succession planning, financing and escalations, in addition to providing advice and support to the field on our tools, products and programs.

  • John Crane, who has held the position of Regional Vice-President since 2006, will focus his efforts on recruitment for the Atlantic region.

  • Pierre Béland, Regional Vice-President at Investia since 2007, will be responsible for recruitment in Quebec.

Ontario and Manitoba

  • Rob Corbett, who joined the organization in 1999, and Gus Tsagogeorgas, who has been with Investia since 2014, will support all Ontario and Manitoba-based Representatives and branches in the areas of business continuity, succession planning, financing and escalations, in addition to providing advice and support to the field on our tools, products and programs. Representatives will receive a personalized communication informing them of whether Rob or Gus will be providing support.

  • Mark Rocklin, who joined the organization in 2002, will focus his efforts on recruiting for this region.

We are also currently in the process of recruiting for a new position to support Investia’s recruitment strategy in this region.

Western Canada

We are currently recruiting for a new position to support Representatives in their succession planning, financing and escalations, as well as providing advice and support to the field on our tools, products and programs.

  • Henna Dua, who has been Regional Vice-President, Western Canada since October 2022, will continue to support Representatives and branches in their succession planning, financing and escalations, in addition to providing advice and support to the field on our tools, products and programs. She will also focus her efforts on recruitment for this region.

I am confident that all these people will continue to play a vital role for Investia in their new roles. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for taking on these new challenges. Please join me in congratulating them and wishing them every success in their new roles.
