Great news! Our automated KYC update tool is now available on the Investia mobile app. When you enrol a client in the automated KYC update process, they can now submit updates via the mobile app as well.
As previously communicated, the automated KYC update tool is accessible on the Advisor Centre under the “Client Search” section on the homepage (“View all clients”):

If your clients haven’t discovered it, our free app is designed to help them effortlessly keep track of their investments. To get started, they’ll need to create an account in the app or on the Client Portal.
