Further to last week’s communication, please note that the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is still experiencing delays in processing tax slips for the 2024 taxation year.
According to the latest update we received from the CRA, the files we submitted to them are still being processed and should be finalized in the next few weeks.
As a result, your clients are still unable to view their tax slip information in the “My Account” section of the CRA website.
We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and will keep you informed of any developments.
