We would like to remind everyone about our Nominee Estate Document Transmission Tool, which was launched on May 29 on the Advisor Centre. You can access it from the “Client Search” section on the home page:
This tool was designed to streamline estate processing by ensuring that all documents are submitted in compliance with requirements, without any steps being overlooked, so that estate cases are processed accurately and efficiently.
New feature – Reset button
Advisors now have the ability to reset submitted documents if any requirements were missed. By selecting the Reset button, you can now resubmit all the documents, including any omitted items. This ensures that all documents are submitted as a single package and that the entire estate case can move through the appropriate workflows.
