This year’s client administrative fees will be processed and withdrawn from clients’ accounts as follows:
- Nominee accounts: between July 12-13, with payment visible on July 14.
- Client-name accounts: between July 18-20 at most fund companies, and as late as August 8 for others (i.e., like Dynamic Funds).
If fees cannot be pulled from the client’s investments, they will be taken from their bank account, provided we have consent and banking information on file.
iA Clarington Relationship Pricing Program
If the client qualifies for the iAC waiver this year but has unpaid fees from previous years, the $50 fee (plus tax) fee will be waived for 2025, and any outstanding fees will be charged, provided we have consent on file.
