Investia Advisor Workgroup – 2025 Edition

To continue ensuring that the improvements we make to our service offer provide the most value to you and your clients, we have decided to continue our Advisor Workgroup initiative again this year. We are currently looking for new advisors to join us – if you’re interested, please read the following and feel free to submit your application.

Mandate
Members of the Advisor Workgroup act as a bridge between Investia and our advisor network. Their mandate is to share our initiatives with other advisors in their region and gather their insights and suggestions, and then relay both their feedback and own expertise to Investia to help us enhance the value we deliver.

Structure

• Two workgroups: one in English (12 advisors) and one in French (6 advisors).
• Members will be appointed for a three-year term.
• 1/3 of each workgroup will be renewed every year to ensure continuity in ongoing initiatives.

• One virtual meeting in Q1;
• One in-person meeting in Q2; and
• One in-person meeting during the annual National Business Conference, where members will present insights to advisors.

Additionally, the workgroup may be engaged ad hoc throughout the year to provide input on dealer initiatives as they arise.

What we’re looking for
We are seeking 4 English-speaking advisors and 2 French-speaking advisors from across Canada with the following profiles:

• Advisors with less than 10 years in the business
• Established advisors (10+ years of experience)
• Advisors with various book sizes
• Branch managers/owners
• Advisors with a financial team

Members should have sufficient industry expertise to serve effectively on these workgroups and represent the broader advisor network.

How to apply
If you would like to be considered for membership in the English or French workgroup, please complete the nomination form below before September 1, 2025. 

Selection process
Members will be selected by an internal Investia committee composed of Representatives from various business sectors, in collaboration with members of the current workgroup. Once selected advisors have been notified, the members of each workgroup will be published in our Thursday 360 communication.
