Coming Soon – New Cybersecurity Process and Streamlined Reporting Procedure

Recently, we have advanced our security protocols on our technological platforms by introducing multi-factor authentication (MFA) for our Representatives and employees. This feature enhances security by adding an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access. We have also organized informative campaigns to raise awareness about the significance of cybersecurity. Regular mandatory training sessions and informational materials have also been shared to ensure everyone stays informed and alert. 
 
Building on these efforts to strengthen our security infrastructure and promote awareness, we are now introducing a new cybersecurity process designed to enhance our incident management and reporting.

This new process includes two key improvements: 

• Direct Reporting: A new button will be available soon on the Investia Advisor Centre, allowing Representatives to directly report cyber incidents. 
   
• Immediate Notification: With this process, we will receive notifications directly, ensuring no delays in informing our IT Security Operations department.
