New Estate Document Transmission Tool (Nominee Accounts)

We are excited to announce the launch of a new nominee estate document transmission tool on the Investia Advisor Centre, which will be accessible from the “Client Search” section of the home page starting Thursday, May 29, 2025:
 

Designed to streamline estate processing, this tool ensures all documents are submitted in compliance with requirements and that no steps are overlooked. With this new feature, estate cases can be processed with improved accuracy and efficiency, ultimately enhancing the quality of our service.

Key considerations

  • Please use this tool for all estate requests and discontinue the use of the “Estate Processing” option in the Secure File Upload Tool. Uploading documents in both locations will create duplicate submissions and may lead to delays.  

  • The Estate Processing Tool allows you to submit and upload documents for each plan type held by the client and will track progress within our Business Tracker Tool by plan.
