Following the introduction of our Banking information Management Tool on the Advisor Centre, please note that the “Cheque Transmission” section of the “Cheque Transmission or Banking Information Addition Form” (F51-349A) has been removed as it is no longer necessary.
We have therefore taken the opportunity to rename the form: “Banking Information Addition Form” (F51-349A). In addition to NCAFs/KYC update and order instruction forms, this form allows you to enter your clients’ bank details (financial institution #, account #, etc.) to ensure they match those on the void cheque uploaded to the tool. It is particularly useful when the only change in the client’s situation is an update of their banking information details.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that the Banking Information Management Tool remains the only place from which you can upload clients’ void cheques to head office.
