Please note that none of the presentations of the Virtual Conference for Administrative Personnel is accredited with Quebec’s Chambre de la sécurité financière (CSF) or Institut québécois de planification financière (IQPF) because they don’t meet accreditation criteria.
Certificates
Each person who participated in the live presentations will receive their CE credits in a separate email for each eligible presentation over the next few weeks. Please note that CE credits are valid for one (1) year. We also remind you that only licensed assistants and Representatives are eligible to earn CE credits for this conference.
Accreditation reminders
- It is the responsibility of insurance-licensed Representatives to verify that courses qualify for CE credits in their respective jurisdiction(s).
- According to Advocis, the content of these presentations may correspond to one of FP Canada’s continuing education categories. However, it is the responsibility of QAFP and/or CFP credential holders to obtain confirmation in this regard from FP Canada.
Reporting of attendance on CERTS
Investia will report your participation in the Virtual Conference for Administrative Personnel to CIRO. The time required to update the CE Reporting and Tracking System (CERTS) platform varies according to their internal processing.

For those who missed the conferences or wish to view them again, you may now access them on Investia Learning under the “Highlights” section. Note that recordings viewed on Investia Learning are also eligible for accreditation.
