It’s finally here! As discussed in last week’s Water Cooler session and yesterday’s webinar, effective Monday, April 29, 2024, all client banking information addition or deactivation will have to be made via the Advisor Centre, as follows:
When you click on the icon, if any banking information is active, it will be displayed:
To add banking information:
Click on “Add an Account”, then follow these steps:
To deactivate banking information:
IMPORTANT NOTE: Effective the week of May 6, 2024, the “Bank Accounts” section in Univeris and the banking information section in AccountXPRESS will no longer be editable and will remain available for consultation purposes only. |
Banking information with no start date
We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that banking information without a start date currently appears in the Univeris database. This means that this information, which has been in the system for several years, has not been validated.
Between now and May 6, your attention is required to validate this banking information by following the steps below:
If the bank account is no longer active, please add an end date.
Note that if a start date is added in the system and our team cannot find the corresponding void cheque or banking document upon validation, the banking information will be deleted from Univeris and a notification will be sent to the Representative to request a void cheque/banking document and the entry of the client’s banking information into Univeris following the above procedure.
