Availability of December 31, 2023 Statements and Important Information

We would like to inform you that Q4 statements including CRM2 reporting, and KYC Client Profile information will be available in the Investia Client Portal for all clients registered for e-delivery next week. For clients opting to receive paper statements, they will be mailed out to our clients soon after. 

NEW THIS QUARTER:

Display change to the “Investment Details” section for nominee accounts
As a result of a regulatory change, the “Investment Details” section have new ways to display each total for cash & equivalents and total for investments. 



FRIENDLY REMINDERS:

Trade date
Transactions appear on the statement using the “Trade Date” instead of the “Settlement Date.” This means that trades placed near the end of the quarter which have not yet been settled will appear on the statement. This applies to all quarterly statements.

Reporting period plan inclusion
Quarterly statements include details of accounts which either had a balance at any point in the quarter or had transaction activity during the statement period. The Performance and Charge & Compensation CRM2 sections of the statement cover the same accounts. Note that accounts closed before the start of the quarter are not included in the main statement NOR in the Performance and Charges & Compensation reports except for the Performance Bar Graph.



Joint accounts
Statements are generated for each owner. If the primary owner is registered for e-delivery or if the joint owner’s address or language differs from the primary owner’s, a statement will be mailed to the remaining owner(s). Below is a summary of the statement distribution logic:



Related party address
Please do not forget to update the address of the joint account under the “Related Parties” section, when applicable. If the related party’s address is not updated, the joint owner’s statement will not be mailed to the new address.
